The Yin asana practice focuses on a meditative and gentle approach that nourishes the structural tissues of the body {ligaments/tendons/joints}. The study of Yin yoga through the lens of the 5 Element Theory explores the incredible connection between nature, body and spirit. These trainings are Yoga Alliance accredited.
